Why P6EDS / our point of view

The future needs thoughtful makers.

P6EDS exists because young people deserve more than access to powerful tools. They deserve the confidence and context to use them well.

We make the invisible legible.

Our founders come from software systems design, product strategy, and the messy work of shipping technology for real people. We have seen what happens when a young person is trusted with the whole question — not just a pre-written exercise.

P6EDS is a bridge between technical fluency and human judgment. In our rooms, a prototype is an invitation to investigate: who is this for, what does it assume, how does it behave under pressure, and what would make it worth keeping?

Teaching philosophy

Make the complex feel possible.

Not smaller. Not simplified beyond recognition. Possible because there is a way in, a next question, and someone to think alongside.

The learner is the author

Tools can accelerate the work. They cannot supply the point of view. We protect space for learners to make the calls.

The whole system counts

A good interface sits inside a living system. We make the invisible layers — data, permissions, maintenance — visible.

Care is a technical skill

Accessibility, privacy, and sustainability are not soft extras. They are evidence of stronger product thinking.

Explain it to own it

Every learner practices narrating their choices. Clarity is how a prototype becomes knowledge they can carry forward.

The people behind the prompts

Practitioners, not presenters.

The best teaching comes from people who still have skin in the game.

AM

Asha Malik

Systems designer and learning lead. Interested in the space between a user story and a real-world constraint.

JT

Jon Tan

Product engineer and agent workflow obsessive. Believes every abstraction should earn its keep.

RK

Rhea Kapoor

Accessibility strategist and mentor. Asks the question that makes the room build a better thing.

A shared responsibility

Let’s give young builders more to work with.
